АКТУАЛЬНІ ПИТАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ МУЛЬТИМОДАЛЬНИХ ПЕРЕВЕЗЕНЬ В УКРАЇНІ

The state and trends of changes in the development of multimodal transportation in Ukraine are considered. The existing system of international transport and communications of Ukraine is investigated. The issues of prospects for the development of container transportation of goods are considered. The main problems that impede the development of multimodal transportation in Ukraine are identified, and the necessary measures to address them are identified. The aim of the study is the process of organizing multimodal rail transport, identifying development problems in modern conditions. The research method consists in analyzing the phenomena and processes occurring in the process of organizing multimodal transportation. Results. A study of the state of multimodal transport in Ukraine, the main problems are outlined. Practical value: certain advantages and ways of organizing multimodal transportation in Ukraine are proposedМета. Розглянуто стан та тенденції змін в питанні розвитку мультимодальних перевезень в Україні. Досліджено існуючу систему міжнародних транспортно-комунікаційних зв'язків України. Розглянуті питання перспектив розвитку контейнерних перевезень вантажів. Визначено основні проблеми, які гальмують розвиток мультимодальних перевезень в Україні, а також окреслено необхідні заходи щодо їх усунення. Метою дослідження є процес організації мультимодальних перевезень залізничним транспортом, виявлення проблем розвитку у сучасних умовах. Метод дослідження полягає у аналізі явищ та процесів, що відбуваються в процесі організації мультимодальних перевезень. Результати: проведено дослідження стану мультимодальних перевезень в Україні, окреслені основні проблеми. Практичне значення: визначені переваги та запропоновані шляхи організації мультимодальних перевезень в Україні

Verifying Policy Enforcers

Policy enforcers are sophisticated runtime components that can prevent failures by enforcing the correct behavior of the software. While a single enforcer can be easily designed focusing only on the behavior of the application that must be monitored, the effect of multiple enforcers that enforce different policies might be hard to predict. So far, mechanisms to resolve interferences between enforcers have been based on priority mechanisms and heuristics. Although these methods provide a mechanism to take decisions when multiple enforcers try to affect the execution at a same time, they do not guarantee the lack of interference on the global behavior of the system. In this paper we present a verification strategy that can be exploited to discover interferences between sets of enforcers and thus safely identify a-priori the enforcers that can co-exist at run-time. Quantitative evaluation of enforcement strategies

In Security, monitors and enforcement mechanisms run in parallel with programs to check, and modify their run-time behaviour, respectively, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a security policy. For the same pol- icy, several enforcement strategies are possible. We provide a framework for quantitative monitoring and enforcement. Enforcement strategies are analysed according to user-dened parameters. This is done by extending the notion controller processes, that mimics the well-known edit automata, with weights on transitions, valued in a C-semiring. C-semirings permit one to be exible and general in the quantitative criteria. Furthermore, we provide some examples of orders on controllers that are evaluated under incomparable criteria
